It’s the best!!! I’m concerned they have messed with the recipe a little, but I can’t be certain. They did change the packaging a little. Review: if you like spicy jerk , You have to try it - My absolute favorite jerk rub for chicken . Pretty hot but it has a great flavor all of its own . Used to buy at a couple of local grocery stores but they stopped stocking it I cut up breasts into smaller pieces and marinate for at least 3-4 hours [ overnite is better ] in Walkers Wood jerk marinade . Then I slather on the Busha Browne on one side , grill it , and slather the other side before I turn it over . I can't recommend high enough . My only problem is that I ordered several times and the fullfillment company mistakenly sent one bottle instead of the one case that I ordered . There's simply nothing else comparable to this.. Pro tips- If you want a spicier flavor add about half a tablespoon powdered jalapeno powder to it a little salt and maybe some crushed peppercorn. (depending on how spicy you like it) Prep instructions: for 2 chicken breasts large size- Put in bag dump about a half jar into a 1 gallon freezer bag, add about 2 Tablespoons of gourmet olive oil add extra Jalapeno / Pepper spices if wanted. Mix around until everything is uniform. Gently pound meat with closed fist to bring breast to a 1" thick flattened state. Do no over pound breast. You're trying to force the oil and rub into the chicken.. Grill on high heat for 10 minutes, turn heat to low/medium for 5-7 minutes.. Enjoy Cons- Kind of pricey, I wish Busha's would give us a 12 ounce+ jar for about 15.99 or so. It's kind of expensive but it's worth it. 1 Bottle gives you enough for about 4 large chicken breasts to get the flavor to really stand out.
