Vegan, No MSG, No Preservatives, Gluten Free, Low Fat Flavor and Pairing: This is a kimchi with big, bold personality and I often brag about it as a cure for hang over or depression. It has a somewhat intense heat not only because of the red pepper powder but also because the spicy juice released from the radish during the fermentation. I often get the question “It’s fermented but how can it be still so crunchy at the same time?” Soupy food such as carrot soup, ramen, pho, curry, and stew go very well with this kimchi.

Review: delicious and perfect - this radish kimchi is just perfect. i am thoroughly impressed. it's made when you order, so it's new kimchi, but it's still the right amount of sour. it is well packaged in a resealable pouch with a valve to let out excess gasses from the fermentation process. that's inside a sealed thermal pouch and gel cold packs which is packed in a well taped box. so it's slightly stinky but that's unavoidable with kimchi. i can't wait for how delicious it gets as the kimchi ages. i'd like to add that the radish cubes are perfectly bite sized. i'm gonna see what other types of kimchi i can order from them. they've just gained a customer for life!

I have the ginger soap gene so I try many, many brands to find the ones I can tolerate. AMAZING, it is slightly spicy and crunchy, it doesn't last long. Thank you SINTO for this great product.

this radish kimchi is just perfect. i am thoroughly impressed. it's made when you order, so it's new kimchi, but it's still the right amount of sour. it is well packaged in a resealable pouch with a valve to let out excess gasses from the fermentation process. that's inside a sealed thermal pouch and gel cold packs which is packed in a well taped box. so it's slightly stinky but that's unavoidable with kimchi. i can't wait for how delicious it gets as the kimchi ages. i'd like to add that the radish cubes are perfectly bite sized. i'm gonna see what other types of kimchi i can order from them. they've just gained a customer for life!
