Bioray sleep is not a sleeping medication, and not melatonin. It will work, if used in combination with other factors and/or food/supplements. You cannot just give Bioray Sleep, feed your child sugar or chemicals, and have them jump around until bed time, and than expect your child to knocked out by it. It works best if you combine it with Bioray Calm drops, proper nutrition and two hours of quiet time before your child goes to bed. Bioray Sleep has and other Bioray products have helped both of my children.
