Removed all good and shelving. Found 1” ice covering bottom of top refrig. Took off back cover(2screws) and found drain collection tray insert is only about 1” long and doesn’t go deep enough into drain tube. Replaced with one of these, cleaned inside stains with Clorox spray and they came off easily. Added aluminum foil to line drain tray.
