As a student of medicine, I have to write down a lot of information and often have to sort it out into order to present it in a way my preceptor understands.The way this book is laid out is exactly how we are taught to do patient interviews and give patient reports. Has saved my life in time where I have done rounds and lost track of my flow or a pertinent piece of info. It’s so helpful I’m on my second book!
