I e-mailed the company and they assured me they would mail another one out right away. They did, and it arrived a week later. My grandson LOVE'S it! Very pleased with their customer service!
Review: It is so expensive for something that breaks if you breath on it..assuming with the price tag, it would of been all metal. It’s not. So upset... already had to glue/screw/lasso/fabricate/call apon Satan/ rub a genie lamp/whatever... my son is so gentle with toys and the trailer hitch broke, the loader seat broke off, the actual self loader boom broke off, the hydrolics kinked. It is NOT ment to be played with. My son is so upset :( heartbroken..

It is so expensive for something that breaks if you breath on it..assuming with the price tag, it would of been all metal. It’s not.
