**Q: Has anyone seen results off the products**
A: I have first-hand experience.  I do 100 crunches every day, 5 days a week.  I've dropped 4-5 inches off my pants waist.  I'm starting to see a contoured stomach with muscles.  It takes time and effort for results, but I'm seeing results after approximately 9 months of consistent usage.

**Q: Why does one of the padding not go all the way down?**
A: THERE IS A PICK UP ON THE INSIDE OF THE LEFT RAIL FOR THE COUNTER READ OUT. THIS PLUG MAY BE PROTRUDING,. IF SO....PUSH IT IN ALL THE WAY. IT IS BLACK LIKE THE RAIL AND DIFFICULT TO SPOT. TAKE YOUR HAND AND YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO FEEL THE BUMP. THIS IS THE BEST AB MACHINE EVER!  HOPE IT WORKS OUT FOR YOU

**Q: The long locking pin doesn't go all the way inside the hole- only about halfway. Is it normal or did I receive a defective item?**
A: Hello, it should go all the way through. Although the locking pin does not stick out of the other end extensively, you should be able to see and touch the tip of the pin. It's a very close fit.

**Q: Can you connect both leg parts to do workout both legs simultaneously? Like Ik it works independently in 2 parts but can I also connect them?**
A: They don’t connect; but you can lift both legs together

Semplicemente ottimo... fa il suo, un po' caro 277 ciao scontato, ma è perfetto, l'addome lavora alla grande e con un minimo di conoscenze e inventiva si può allenare anche la parte obliqua degli addominali o concentrarsi sulla parte alta, non solo bassa. Ottimo anche il mini diaplai che conta le rep e altro... Consigliatissimo
