They were the right dimensions and we thought we were going to be really happy with the purchase. We used these (6 large panels) for our outdoor living space that is open on 3 sides. This would give us the option for closing it in to hold in some heat as well as privacy and maybe some sound barrier. They looked great after we installed. They enabled us to use the space during winter as it held in some of the heat from the fireplace. We didn't notice much if any noise reduction. One year later, however, the curtains are degraded to the point where we will need to replace them as soon as possible. The color wipes of in your hand like chalk. There are black spots all over where it looks like they are literally coming apart. SO if you need these for 1 year, they are probably OK. I am using them indoors on my patio door which gets very cold in winter and hot from the sun in summer, so the light weight fabric and lining is OK, but not what I was expecting for a patio curtain. I am hoping there is enough thermal protection to keep the cold out in winter.
