I have chronic MIGRAINES and OCCIPITAL NEURALGIA. These "hats" (don't have a 'top' on, but are like a very wide headband) are amazing. They stay quite cold for--not sure--20 min or so? I have five of them now, so I switch them out all of the time. The two for 70 is a great deal. I love that you can buy extra of the little gel bags to add more, which I do, for even more cold coverage. I wore my hat in public a few times, to doctor's offices who knew I wear these, and both one of the doctors and several nurses at the other place asked if THAT was my headache hat? They were so surprised. All of them thought it was a cool looking accessory!
