I had one bolt left and it was too long to go through the cross bars to get tightened. I got another part from my garage. It's a heavy sturdy chair and that's what I looked for. It's lightweight enough to move. I don't weigh 500lbs but I am over 300 and can't stand up long enough to shower. I have copd. This chair will help me take a nice shower and not getting short of breath. I bought a few others and they were too flimsy.
