**Q: does this case have an outside clear sleeve?**
A: Yes it does

**Q: Will this case work for CDs too?**
A: Yes, although it is the size of a dvd case, obviously, so it's kinda oversized for cd's.  The case is sturdy and I'm very happy with them.

**Q: What's the point of the clips doesn't look like it would be able to hold anything with the disc there?**
A: Same clips as in a case for a single disc. It’s for a small card or paper ad like you usually see.
Since there is just a tiny bit of room to slide a thin card or small paper in there even with the disc scored in there. Same as you might usually see if you have a regular 2-disc case dvd that didn’t splurge for the swinging middle plastic insert.

**Q: What is the difference b/t this & $9.99 Standard cases?**
A: this blank case has room for 2 dvd's and a stand case has room for only 1 dvd
