These are very handy because I’m a grad student, have to sit through 3hr seminars, get really hungry and my brain needs fuel. They are grain free, gluten free, nutrient dense, preservative free, soy free and non-GMO. They contain honey and are therefore not vegan if that is your thing. Ultimately, the lemon and the coconut are my favorites. The peanut butter wasn’t terrible, but it’s dense and makes me really thirsty. I had high hopes for the banana cinnamon but the spice overwhelms the flavor. I would change the flavor to banana nut and cut down the cinnamon. Order the lemon, in multiples because they are addictive and very satisfying. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent company - Excellent product *by D***S on January 26, 2019* I am both gluten free and low carb (Keto) and Wholeme Grain Free Clusters (lemon berry chia) is my dessert of choice. With about 8 net grams of carbs and a great flavor, I keep my pantry stocked with my two favorites: Lemon Berry and Almond. I would definitely buy from this company again as their service like this product is excellent - not to mention, their price is way cheaper than the local health food store which for me is a 45 minute one drive.
