**Q: Will is supply power to illuminate an underwater Led strip beneath a Kayak?**
A: As long as your LEDs draw 20 watts or less.  Your power supply should be sized at 20% higher wattage than what you're connecting it to.  If you'll be using 20 watts, then:  20w x 20%(.2)= 4w;  20w + 4w= 24 watt supply needed for 20 watt consumption.

**Q: Will this work for these lights?**
A: it's a 12 volt power supply for the Led Strip, Led string lights, Wireless Router, ADSL Cats, HUB, Switches, Security Cameras, Audio/Video Power Supply

**Q: Are these instant on or does a take a few seconds to power the device?**
A: I use this power supply to provide power to the digital signal strength meter in my motor home.  While I have not observed any delay in powering up my signal strength meter, I cannot say if it takes one second to power up or several seconds.
