È ben fatto e si ottiene una corretta affilatura delle lame Review: Ich habe für meine Messer, ebenfalls von Zwilling, diesen Wetzstahl bestellt. Die Messer werden wunderbar scharf. Der Wetzstahl liegt gut in der Hand und ist auch sehr lang, was die Gefahr vermindert sich zu schneiden. Er schleift allerdings auch andere Messer sehr gut. Ich muss zugeben ich bevorzuge eigentlich die Wassersteine zum schleifen, diese sind allerdings sehr umständlich zum transportieren, da hab ich es mit dem Stab schon leichter.
