But these are perfect if you can’t be bothered with using gel and uv lamps and the agg of removing gel polish, along with the damage that gels can do to your nails. These polishes are a good alternative if you are going away for a long weekend, or have some occasion where you want nail polish to last more than a day or two. This is a nice shade too. The more layers you apply the darker the shade becomes.

I can usually get about 5-7 days wear using these gel nail varnishes. It’s important to prep the nail correctly, as you would if applying gel polish with a uv lamp. But these are perfect if you can’t be bothered with using gel and uv lamps and the agg of removing gel polish, along with the damage that gels can do to your nails. These polishes are a good alternative if you are going away for a long weekend, or have some occasion where you want nail polish to last more than a day or two. This is a nice shade too. It’s a bit dense/chalky, but if you mix it with the clear Essie you already have, like I do, just a small amount will give you a lovely sheer pink. Dries pretty quick. I will assume, just like any other Essie, it stays on for a decent while.
