(I had resisted the temptation to buy them sooner because this style of clamp is a bit pricey.) They performed perfectly and made a stressful glue up very manageable. The bars are stiff and did not flex much at all, even under a lot of pressure. The grips are comfortable and provide a firm grasp. One feature I really appreciate is the smooth bar design. This design makes it very easy to clean in the event that glue drips on the bar. Other parallel clamps have ridged bars that can accumulate glue and make it very difficult to clean. While relatively expensive, these clamps perform tasks where others cannot. With large glue ups, these are essential. They will not replace other clamps for lighter jobs.
