## Description

The Eastwood Abrasive Blast Cabinet will provide you with an effective abrasive blasting tool that is easy to assemble and has a large internal size. It also has a large top opening design that eliminates the need for side doors and allows you to place the cabinet against a wall in a shop. Plus, it comes with window liners and grip-textured gloves to ensure a secure grasp on all objects. For best results, use with a compressor capable of at least 7 cfm with 90 psi. Use with 60 grit or finer blast media. Use of Walnut shell media is not recommended Never use sand as a blasting media.

Review: Good cabinet - Cabinet went together easily enough. Took a rather long time but easy enough. Doesn’t leak as some have reported. 2 suggestions for assembly though. Attach the gloves to the front before installing the front. There is not much room to get the clamps on with the cabinet assembled. It’s almost impossible to get the vacuum elbow into the grommet on the back of the cabinet. Remove the plate that is over the inside of the mounting hole & push the elbow through. Replace the plate. As others have said, this cabinet doesn’t work well with soda. It’s not designed to. Stick to glass beads (not crushed glass) or other reusable media & it works fine.

**Q: Im 5'8",will I have trouble seeing into the cabinet? Is the sight glass plastic or glass?**
A: I am 5'9 and i can see most of the cabinet fine with exception on the very front inside edge, The sight glass is actual glass.......
The product must be assembled it is of very good quality and works well for our needs..

**Q: Does this unit have self contained dust collection?**
A: It has a vacuum port to hook up to a shop vac. bit it is not as effective as the reclaimer system that costs about 300.00. Its worth the extra cash for your lungs and the costly media you recover.

I put it together yesterday and started using it and knew I was happy I bought it. Did have to use some sealant on some areas and the protective screen doesn’t adhere very well and fills up with blast media. But it still works well.
