パソコンの前に居る事が多い人は、肩が内側に丸く入り込む背中猫背の確率が高いと思います。僕もそうでしたが、30代ですが2ヶ月くらいでかなり改善できました。まずは、自分がどういう猫背具合かネットで調べると良いかと思います。(猫背の種類によっては効果がないそうです)ポイント・事前にネットで正常な骨格のカーブを事前に頭にいれる。・自身が何猫背か把握が必要。どういう歪みか把握する。・ベルトを外した後も、常に正しい骨のカーブを意識すること。・背中だけではなく、骨盤の前傾具合、お腹を突き出さない、首のカーブなど連動する体の箇所も正しい形を意識すること。・パソコン猫背の人は、マウスとキーボードに距離開き、常に肩を外に開くこと意識して、内側に丸まらないようにする。・続けること。若干のダルさや筋肉痛は、姿勢を維持する筋力不足や筋の伸び具合が安定してないため。痛くなる一歩手前ぐらいで持続する。・背筋、腹筋などの簡単なストレッチ、筋力トレーニングをまめにする。サポーターするだけで、意識せず手軽になおる人もいるようですが、僕のように努力が必要な人が実際は多いと思います。サポーターをやめてしばらくたっても、元に戻りたく無い方は姿勢への意識を習慣化しないといけないかもしれません。姿勢を意識するようになると、今までの自分の写真の立ち姿がえらく貧相に見えてきました。おまけで、腰と背中の中間らへのコリがなくなりました。
