I spent 6 weeks trying to get help from their customer services. Sick of being ignored, I replaced it with another brand. Poor product, dreadful service. I believe a firmware update bricked it. The thermostat lost the Wi-Fi connection somehow which leaves you with no frost protection and a manual on/off switch for the heating only. Their FB page has other users trying to contact them over similar issues and complaining about being ignored by their tech support.
