I struggle with bloating, gas, and stomach issues and after taking the Apple Cider Vinegar pills for about a week, I have already seen some relief. My digestion has been much more regular and my bloating has improved. I like that the ingredients are all natural. The pills taste like you are taking a vitamin.

These are really easy to swallow. Sometimes when I take apple cider vinegar I would get heartburn. These don't do that. I've been taking now for about 10 days. Hard to tell if there is any benefit, but research says it is good for you. So I continue to take it. This is a good brand.

I got the first bottle of these capsules with a discount and liked how much they worked for me that I went back and purchased two more bottles at the regular price. Well, there was a flash sale, but I still paid more than for the first bottle. Now that I open the second bottle, I notice that the color of what is inside the capsule is significantly lighter than the original. I am going to try the second batch to see if I continue to get the benefits of considerably less bloating, better digestion, and easier bowel movements; however, I am skeptical about keeping that third bottle. It's very easy to swallow and it doesn't have bad taste. Product came on time. I got the free bottle 4 days after I submitted my order ID# via email to customer support. So far is working very good.
