**Q: The bottle lists three different sizes of MG what is the actual milligrams of berberine in each capsule?**
A: This supplement is in the form of extracts rather than powder so it is difficult to be sure since there is more mg in a smaller amt of extract. However,  I have been taking 2 larger capsules daily to get 500mg Berberine and 500mg Cinnamon plus 3 larger capsules daily to get 1500 mg Tumeric with Bioperene, plus another daily capsule the other ingredients in this single capsule. That combination had been working very well for my husband and I, but that was 6 large capsules daily. At first I was concerned we would not get the same benefits from only one capsule. However, we have been taking it for a week now and we are already getting lower blood sugar readings, less pain, more energy than we had experienced before. So, that tells me this is a better combination and must be more absorbable in this single,  slightly smaller extract.

**Q: Why are you misleading with your graphics showing 3000mg of berberine when it's actually 200mg per pill?**
A: It is not “concentrated”. They trick you to think it is “concentrated”. Berberine has to be extracted from somewhere, and it so from 3g herb they use, in the end they only extract 200mg

**Q: They claim "high potency" but there is only 200mg of berberine. what's the story?**
A: on the bottle its states Berberine extract 15:1 200 mg
Underneath that it states equivalent to Berberine dry herb 3000mg

**Q: Where is it manufactured? I want the exact state?**
A: There is nothing on the bottle to indicate where this product is actually manufactured.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Berberine Works

First, Berberine works. I'm not convinced about the other components because you need a good amount of Ceylon Cinnamon and it's hard to fit that need in a pill. I know that Turmeric also works, but my experience is that the liquid extract form is the only one that I can see an immediate action. Once I take it, my joint pains go away in a matter of hours. Since I take both Ceylon and Turmeric separately, my review here refers only to Berberine. That's not to say that those other components do nothing. I'm just saying you might want to get those separately and use this product as a boost for those. Back to this product, it does help with my blood sugar control. lt's not magic. You still need to eat healthy and do exercise at least a little, but it has helped my glucose to lower 4 points in average, compared to only diet and exercise. So please keep that in mind as some people think a supplement will solve all their problems. Supplements should be taken as an extra step to your healthy lifestyle. I will continue to buy this Berberine Supplement. I've tried others before and they did not provide any better health benefits. As long as it continues to give me those extra points - or should i say take them away - in my glucose level, I will not only buy but also recommend it
