It feels not super sturdy, but I’ve never had an issue with tipping over or anything so it might just be in my head. The arm holes for when you’re laying on your back aren’t extremely comfy but they definitely serve their purpose! Mine didn’t come with instructions so I just had to play around with it and it’s pretty user friendly. I’ve used it around 5 times so far and I haven’t had a real issue once! Love this chair I bought a second one to keep on hand for just in case.Anna Marie **Q: can you order replacement parts** A: I have been able to order parts in the past but recently I just replaced the chairs. They were over 6 years old. **Q: How tall is the back, measuring from the seat up?** A: Tall enough for any adult.
