I am a 36 DD and I got an Xl the support is there since you can adjust the straps and the pad also help for a better comfort/support since I believe M would have been a great or rather better support. Having said that, I am confortable with the XL. **Q: Do they ride up?** A: No mine don't ride up, have washed up lovely too **Q: I’m 46 bust 18 20 will xl fit or large** A: I wear a large and I'm a 38DD/40C, size 14/16. The sizing isn't correct. I ordered an XL as I'm a 38DD and the cups are a tad too small. If there was an XXL option, that would have been ideal for my shape. I wish there were more colours as I wanted to wear these with strappy tops/dresses. Ideally, I would like to see the following colours: Yellow, red, hot pink, orange and a cornflower blue. I wish the colours were more intense, as they look washed out. I found the pads move around so it would be better to sell a proper padded bra and also a non padded version.
