**Q: What is the slot for on the bottom of the ball joint stud?**
A: The slot in the stud is only used for assembly purposes during manufacturing.  Thank you

**Q: I dont see the rubber gasket in any of the pictures, are they included with this kit?**
A: Yeah it’s in the picture. I was thinking the same thing until it arrived and I took it out of the package. The rubber boot is pre-installed and smaller. It was a breeze to install! Great quality and Made in the USA!!

**Q: Will it work on 04 silverado 1500 4x4 lt ? Amazon says does not fit**
A: Maybe not. I used it on my 2010 but truck was redesigned since 2004.

This Lower ball joint fits 2002 GMC Sierra 1500 with 4x4, Good quality and really stiffens up front end. Moog is one of the best when it comes to suspension parts no doubt!
