Review: hoping this helps - my nutritionist recommended using this, so i do. i just used it tonight with a red curry dish. i also cook with iron dutch ovens and pans. my family for completely different reasons are anemic. we take iron and eat rich foods but some struggle with storing iron in their bodies. this fish is heavy and is the size of your palm in length. but the iron is activated by acidic foods (tomato, lemon, lime etc) a video tells you how to activate it unless you are using any acid in the food already then you flip it in. easy to clean big enough no one will accidentally eat it (like that dreaded bay leaf) i love my iron fish!!
