Seriously super sturdy combined with the bearings smooth operation made it a breeze to create sliding saw and router.

High quality, I used to build by saw fence, worked great Wish it came with 2 handles vs 1, but would still recommend!

Worked out great. Built $800 jig for $150. Very smooth come in easy to assemble. If I had a concern it would only be due to dust getting into the bearing surfaces as time goes on. Extremely functional and well built.

Smooth rails. They were straight and sturdy, very nice weight. The sliders (or whatever they are called) are ball bearing and smooth. Add a thin film of oil and it’s like ice. Used as a router sled build and it did very well in high dust environment. The only problem encountered. Supplied hex head thumbscrews for the slider blocks. Unnecessarily long. It was an issue that I saw on a video but forgot about when I ordered. Can’t remember the length supplied, but too long and I had to make a store run and scrounge the specialty fastener section for anything to work. Had to mix and match items but found a solution. An annoyance that didn’t need to be present, but the when corrected the rails are great.

We used these for a custom build of a display that needed to be assembled and disassembled after each show. They are hardy duty and worked as expected.

The rails arrived well packaged and on time. However, the base of the cylindrical rail was dinged in many places. Although this is just a cosmetic issue it indicates a lack of quality in the operation. If that as the only issue, i would not be writing this review. My primary issue is with the sliding blocks. The blocks came with metal chips in both the bearing area and the threaded holes. The result is rough sliding where it should be silky smooth, and an inability to use run a screw into all of the mounting holes. I hope the vendor sees this review and sends me a set of CLEAN sliding blocks. Update: The vendor offered to send me clean sliding blocks, but I had already decided to return this item. After full consideration, I believe that I received previously used material, but the vendor was not aware of its condition.

Product seems to be of a high to mid grade quality. The ball bearings run smooth right out of the box. Rails were straight and looks to provide a rigid platform. Great for hobbyist wood worker/ craftman. I received my shipment with only 2 of the 4 Bearing Blocks: SBR16UU. Contacted seller and they sent me the missing parts 5/5 would recommend.
