First few times, I had to bash it on the shower handle, just under the lid on the correct side, to open it. Crazy. They should work on that. Review: I absolutely love the smell of this shampoo. I am very sensitive to fragrances but this has a very natural fragrance and is wonderful. It is not offensive at all. The only thing I don't like about this product is the bottle cap.
