I ABSOLUTELY hated the car seat after a few weeks after buying it. It's hard and offered very little of a comfortable "S" curve in the back. Felt more like a "C" curve with a bar stuck in my lower back. Not to mention the butt area was terrible. Felt like I was stuck in a hole and sitting on cement. This chair back for me was great! It's soft but supportive and the lumbar amount is perfect. I love that it stays in place and is thin! The only downside is u can't feel the heat/ cool air coming through it if u have those functions on your seat.
