Typically an adult wears a skate down a size from street shoes. If the feet are extremely wide this may change. Unfortuantely sight unseen we cannot accurately assess size. Jackson Customer Service **Q: My 5 year old is a size 13 shoe. What size skate should she get?** A: Hello. Unfortunately, as everyone's feet are different, there is no guarantee of fit without trying on a pair of skates. Many things affect fit, such as the obvious one-length. Some people have wider feet, thick feet, high arches, etc. which along with personal preference determine the size needed for a comfortable fit. Generally speaking, people would go down about a full or half size from shoe size to skate size. For a child's 13 shoe, a size 12 skate may fit or possibly a size 13 skate would be necessary as we do not have half sizes in the little ones. The size 13 might require an extra insole if they fit somewhat big. Sometimes it is necessary to try more than one size to get the best fit. I hope this helps. **Q: Buying for someone else and they have a 8 1/2” foot. The only available options are Girls size 3 and Women’s size 4 what is recommended to fit best?** A: Thank you for your interest in the Jackson Classic skates. Please check the different image options to the left of the large product image on the Amazon site. One of these images is a sizing chart that includes length & width options-please note different columns for male or female. Everyone's feet are different so it is not possible to give you an exact size to fit this individual. The foot length shown for the size 3 is 8 5/16" which is slightly shorter than 8 1/2" so this might be too short. I hope this answers your question. Kindest regards Customer Service Jackson Ultima Skates **Q: Do you guys sell sizes for 3 year olds ?** A: The 380 model is not offered in Tot/ toddler sizing. Toddler sizing is offered in the Softskate JS184 - Finesse JS154 - Vibe XP1000 / Excel JS1494 skate models. Regards Jackson customer service ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐ Sizing *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 14 April 2025* Although these skates seem of a high quality , we found the sizing very odd . Having ordered a size larger tan normal shoe size they were too small . So returned and ordered a size 7 which is 3 sizes than normal shoe size they were also too mall !! So these are also being returned sadly ### ⭐ Marked boots *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 15 November 2023* They came all marked with blue dye all over them..not impressed at all ... can't seem to find the option to report it so the service isn't great at all .... not value for money ... ### ⭐⭐⭐ It was fine *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 1 August 2023* It was very good quality for off brands to be fair however the ankle was so so narrow and didn’t fit my type of leg (I got a 8), the ankle support wasn’t the best but if you go for it it’s fine for new skaters like me but I would prefer going for the actual brand or Edeas ## Frequently Bought Together - Jackson Classic SoftSkate 380 Womens/Girls Ice Figure Skates - CRS Cross Skate Guards, Soakers and Towel Gift Set - Ice Skating Guards and Soft Skate Blade Covers for Figure Skating or Hockey - HEXIFUL Skate Bag for Ice, Inline, Roller & Quad Skates - Kids & Adults --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/320164563-jackson-ultima-jackson-classic-softskate-figure-skates-for-women-girls](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/320164563-jackson-ultima-jackson-classic-softskate-figure-skates-for-women-girls) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-29*
