But this one is more healthier, it’s much lighter than I thought as the picture shows the grains a little more bigger than they are. The grains are very small, which is still great. Fonia has an earthy/ground taste, it really doesn’t bloat, it looked like it cooks up small but once on the plate, it’s more than enough.
