I never apply my mascara "goopy" and my lashes never stick together. The mascara dissolves very quickly in water and you can clean the brush if you notices that your mascara is getting goopy or clumpy on the brush. I LOVE this mascara. It never smudges. It is especially great if you wear contacts! **Q: Does this come with a thin bristle brush (lash seperating)?** A: It is just a regular brush but i have to say this works better than any mascara I have ever used. I read that "tubing madcara" is the best smudge-proof option and this is my favourite so far and is worth spending an extra few pounds on. It has a nice consistency and isn't clumpy, the brush is a pretty standard size and shape, nothing gimmicky here, and it's easy to apply a few swipes for even coverage and lengthening/thickening effect. It's dry within minutes and then your set for all day smudge-proof wear.
