At 128 oz, I can fill it once in the morning and have enough water to get through most or all of the day without constantly refilling it. The insulation is the biggest plus. It does a great job keeping water cold for hours, even when the bottle is sitting somewhere warm. The included lid options are also useful because you can switch between the straw lid and the other styles depending on how you prefer to drink from it. For something this large, the handle makes it much easier to carry around. The lids seal well and I haven’t had issues with leaking when everything is tightened properly. The obvious downside is that a full gallon bottle is heavy and bulky, but that comes with the territory. This definitely isn’t something you’re going to throw into a normal cup holder.
