Thai Takeout Cookbook: Favorite Thai Food Takeout Recipes to Make at Home by Lina ChangTable of contents broken up into meals, free gift, Intro about Thai cuisine, history, ingredients used most often and why. Lots of terms I'm unfamiliar with but there are descriptions of them and how they are used in the recipes.Also list of equipment used in making the recipes is discussed, along with cooking methods.Each recipe has a title  (English and Thai) servings, prep and cook time. Big color photo and list of ingredients.  How to make the dish but there is NO nutritional information.Lots of ingredients and time to put it all together. Salmon Teriyaki would be our choice to makeOther works by the author are highlighted at the end.

Got this as a Christmas gift for a friend that likes to cook. He is currently dabbling with Thai cuisine and I thought this would be helpful with easy recipes. Can't wait to be invited for a meal. I got fired up browsing through it and bought one for myself. Excited to give these a try.

As a lover of Thai food,  I expected more variety in dishes.  There are a couple recipes that I may try, but overall I don't feel very inspired. The photos are in black and white which adds  to the blah mood of this book.
