I also have a dog whos main aim in life is to destroy arms of sofas as he lies relaxing…….The arms of the garden set are just the right height for him as he relaxes. Putting anti chew spray on the arms is useless as it just runs down and does not stay where I need it. I got these arm covers to put on the rattan corners and to spray with the anti chew spray when we are not there to supervise. They are plenty big enough to tuck under the cushions to hold them in place without using the supplied pins. The grey goes quite nicely with the set and to be fair it looks pretty good.
