And then you have to take two of those a day. This right here though... Baby, when I tell you it is the truth, it is the truth. It's going to get you clean that you need. No cramping no discomfort, but when it's time, you need to be near reasonable accommodations lol I would recommend taking psyllium husk or a bulking agent to pull from the intestinal lining as well. And I also take a papaya supplement that helps as well. I have been looking for the last 2 years for something to replace that tea.
