It took about a month to see a difference, but I’m noticing a brighter, more even complexion. I place it on my nightstand and do 10-15 minutes each night. It’s a nice heavy weight, that would be difficult to tip over. About the ideal size for neck and chest at the same time. No installation required—just plug and go! And the built in timer and three settings are easy to use. I have melasma and was afraid to use the NIR bulbs at first, but it hasn’t made my melasma worse and comparing no NIR to NIR, my skin looks much with the NIR on.
