The Advanced Bayer Extra Strength was wonderful and they took it off the market. It was the same as this Bayer Extra Strength except that it had an additive that made it act a lot quicker. I absolutely loved it for my serious arthritis. It came in a bottle with a purple top. When I couldn't find it anymore, I called Bayer to find out why and they said "It was a corporate decision to discontinue it." I bought it everywhere that I could find it. Now they are discontinuing this extra strength bayer "corporate decision" and want you to substituite it with the Back and Body Extra strength.
