I happened to own a PFD for my boat as well. First, these cartridges were 3/8 24 thread and my PFD use 1/2" thread co2 cartridges. I am not sure about yours. Also capacity of the co2 cartriges, this one is only 16g and most PFD will need 24g or higher. Since bike tire air volume is smaller than a PFD volume and it might not fill your PFD fully.
