This Kit should make up between 7 & 8 bottles of 100ml bottles of Dit Da Jow. You can use expensive Vodka, but a much cheaper option is to use Surgical Spirit 99% ethanol. You will need approximately 500ml of this and it can be purchased online . The cost of each 100ml bottle of Dit Da Jow will be approximately £3.70. This makes it a cheaper option if you are using it regularly. It is recommended that the herbs undergo a six month to a year maceration process in which the active ingredients of the nineteen different Chinese raw herbs are extracted into vodka. Some people make the Iron Palm separate (thats the stuff for bones and connective tissues) Jow, and then mix it with a standard Dit (thats vs bruises and internal bleeds).
