I decided to give this extension a try and it was a blessing in disguise. My head unit doesn't shut down any more and Ryobi came out with a super bump-head unit. No more twisting lines around blank spools. Just cut a 10 ft section of line, Turn the bump-head and then string the line through. Take the winder (included) and simply wind the line in. Simple as that. This unit also comes with two trimmer heads. All in all - Ryobi does it again.
