I normally use a binder clip **Q: Are they microwave safe?** A: No, for safety's sake, it is not recommended that you heat the object in a plastic bag in the microwave. **Q: Hoping to use these as gentle restrainers for rats. Are the bags thick enough that they won't burst from the rat trying to get out?** A: Not sure what you mean by a "gentle restrainer", but they are hardy enough to squeeze fairly thick icing through a small opening. If it is a "momentary" restraint, probably. If you intend to hold them for any length of time, no. The bags are about the strength of, say, a large freezer zip to bag. **Q: Can the bags be used tipless?** A: Yes, can be used alone. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for all baking needs *by L***S on April 13, 2024* "I'm absolutely thrilled with these pastry bags! It is worth and easy to use and clean. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/324632345-12-inch-disposable-piping-bags](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/324632345-12-inch-disposable-piping-bags) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
