I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for about 2 years and LOVE it. We use the shampoo normally and use the conditioner in a spray bottle. We mix the conditioner with warm water and shake well in a small spray bottle. This is our routine and it works great.....1) shampoo our Bichon Frises 2) towel dry them 3) spray them with the conditioner and massage it in 4) blow dry them. We also use the conditioner in between bath times to freshen and moisturize.
