**Q: Does this product toast evenly on both sides of the bread?**
A: Ours toasted very UNevenly no matter what setting or buttons pushed. (threw away a lot of trial pieces of bread). We noticed that a number of the coils were not lit up (red hot). We sent it back.

**Q: Is the toaster made in Italy?**
A: I think so.  Great toaster, but it's best if you start with a toast free (empty) cycle.

A: If you’re wishing for a high-quality toaster then yes

**Q: At this price, Is this toaster actually making toast?**
A: Even though this toaster is expensive,it does a good job of toasting bread.Just be sure to empty the tray once a week.for best results.
