This product is amazing and made such a difference after just once use. I will definitely be using it weekly! It does contain oil and is a thin watery liquid so take care using it. Whilst in the shower, after shampooing my hair I put small amounts at a time into my hand and put them into my hair, concentrating on the ends - then running my hands through the whole head to cover all hair. I also used a detangling brush to ensure even coverage. Then left it on whilst I showered before rinsing off. No additional conditioner is required. The results are amazing - so smooth and sleek and smells amazing. The ends had previously felt so dry and almost frizzy and now no more!
