A: My husband bought an XL size...he is 6’2”, and 195 lbs.  The shirt fits him perfectly.  You should consider the Large size.  The shirt fits like a typical biking shirt...snuggly but not tightly.

**Q: The black does not have a elastic waistband but the red does. Does the orange have elastic waistband or not?**
A: The orange and yellow ones I received both had an elastic waistband.
