**Q: How do you deflate fully ? When I release pressure to roll tighter it fills with air?**
A: open the inflate port completely so there is nothing in the inflate hole.  Then roll it up starting from the top (pillow).  When rolled, put the air plug fully in before releasing the roll

**Q: How long does it take to inflate this sleeping pad and is it complicated to operate？**
A: It’s so simple, as long as you open the air valve, it will inflate itself, and it will be inflated in a while. It is more convenient than most sleeping pads on the market, and the speed is very fast.

**Q: It seems the valve is 3 layers. open it to blow into it, then a thin2nd layer, and finally the whole plug to pull out to let air go in.**
A: Yes, the air valve is a double-layer air valve. The bottom air valve is used for automatic inflation/deflation. When deflating, you need to roll the sleeping pad in the direction of the air valve.

**Q: What is the warranty?**
A: Don't buy it. Mine got one use. 110 lbs lady, one night of solo camping, carefully packed up after the one night. Never blew up again. Just move along and don't worry about the warranty. I emailed the company, the did not get back to me.
