I love hot sauce and have been tried and true to Sriracha for as long as I can remember, but I'm always looking to find another yummy choice. I found it!First off, the Chipotle claims to be extremely spicy, but if you can hang with most hot sauce, you won't think so. There is a kick to it for sure, but nothing ridiculous. If you are on the tamer side, this would still work for you I would imagine. Try a small amount just to be safe, though!I tried it first with scrambled eggs and it was quite tasty. The chipotle flavor complemented the eggs really well. It should be noted that I live in Texas and we eat hot sauce with just about anything you can think of. I realized it might sound weird to some to hear I made it with eggs.I also tried it mixed in with some tuna fish. That was less successful. The tuna does not pair well with this. I really might have lost people at this point. I eat Sriracha in my tuna fish so I thought I would give it a go. You can go ahead and take my word for it that it's skippable.I mixed this in with some salsa and that was GREAT! It's a wonderful enhancement to any level of salsa.Lastly, I had some pork loin laying around so I made some ramen and cut up some pork and added the sauce to it. Delicious! 3 out of 4 warrants no complaints from me!Now the only complaint I have is that I'm running out. It's so good that I blew through the bottle quite quickly. I will know better and stock up next time. This brand makes other flavors which I am excited to try as well. All of them sound really, really good.On a hot scale, I would give this a 4 or 5 out of 10. He describes it as “more chunky” compared to other hot sauces he has tried however this makes it more unique and definitely one with its own flavor. If you are purchasing habanero, you expect a certain level of heat intensity and a bit of a kick and this one fits the bill in that regard. The label describes it as “red ants in your pants HOT” which is a little interesting to compare to –LOL! I think the thicker texture provides extra appeal for this hot sauce and is not only eye-appeasing on the food but helps with added flavor.
