## Description

SP-90 is potassium humate powder that acts a natural soil and plant growth stimulant. It is a dark brown to black powder with an average 90% humic acid content. SP-90 is 99+% soluble in water. It is easily assimilated by plants and some of its main functions include improving plant immunity, improving plant metabolism, improving plant root development, improving the supply of plant nutritional elements and increasing the formation of ferments. SP-90 promotes the increased accumulation of chlorophyll, sugar, amino acids and more and improves the efficiency of nitrogen utilization, allowing for reduced fertilizer rates. One of the primary actions of SP-90 is to increase the plant’s ability to withstand the stresses of heat, drought, cold, disease, insect and other types of environmental or cultural pressures. SP-90 also increases general plant productivity, in terms of yield, as well as plant stem strength. Within the soil, SP-90 stimulates soil microorganisms, promoting Humus formation. Differences from other Humate products: - Low sodium formulation consisting primarily of Potassium Humic Acid Salts. Provides extra potassium for crop nutrition and minimizes sodium in conditions where high salt content already exists. - The presence of soluble Silicon (Si) compounds in SP-90 provides plants with the nutrition for stronger stems, making them more resistant to natural stress situations and insects.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is there a ratio chart for just treating water with the ground powder? I do not like the fact that I was only given how to make a concentrated mix.**
A: You can use 1/2 - 1 teaspoon per gallon of water. I use 1/2 teaspoon per gallon. You can also mix the dry powder with your soil @ 1 cup per cubic yard of soil. I do this in a contractors wheelbarrow before adding the mix to my garden.

**Q: Has anyone used this on their lawn?  Can it be applied with a spreader?**
A: This is not really made for spreading. If you would like a humic acid product for spreading, we suggest trying our Finesse GVH, or contact us to discuss options. We have a few varieties of spreader products with humic acid included, for those looking to apply the correct ratio using a standard spreader.

**Q: To make concentrate, do I mix 8oz weight (1/2 lb = half the bag) per 1 gallon of water? Or 8oz volume (1 cup) per 1 gallon of water?**
A: 8 oz weight.

**Q: does this have fulvic acid**
A: Hmm. I just purchased this and my packaging says "90% Humic Acids". So what's the other 10%, fulvic?

one webs site says 25 mg of humic acid per kilo of body weight is a good dose i take 2 grams a day with 1 gallon or more of water i received a comment that stated this is for plants that is partially true this is also for human consumption humic acid when specially formulated like this is to be water soluable is very good at removing toxins from the body both outside and inside the cells there are several sites on the web where scientists have done experiments in labratories and explained their results this is a very good and inexpensive way to detox this is one of the main ingrediants in the protocol for leaky gut the other being 20 mule team borox i myself take both although i do not have leaky gut borox dissolves biofilm and humic acid binds to the toxins and they are excreted from the body with lots of water just like washing clothes

Awesome additive to any plant care routine. We use it to get cuttings started, along with powdered seaweed.The new leaf growth is shiny. Leaves grow huge and are nice and dark, due to the boost they get fromthese additions. I use 1 tsp per gallon 3 times a week, along with a regular fertilizing plan. All plants and cuttingsare healthy, bug and virus free. It seems to strengthen the plants and help them with resistance to pestsand other biological, fungal problems. Already bought my second pound, to last us through the fall and winter(S. Florida)

I really don't know what this stuff is or how it works but IT WORKS really, really, well. I put the powder inside of the plastic bottle on a fertilizer sprayer hooked to our hose and spray the lawn, the planters and even the bushes and potted plants. Everything has responded well. Our grass is amazing and things are blooming that we thought were dead and we needed to dig up and remove.
