Review: Do it - Love this. It makes the bathroom look much cleaner with this cover. Very easy to install.
Review: Almost impossible to install. How frustrating ..... But I found an easy solution. - The grill cover is designed to be held in place by two spring clips. One spring clip on either side of the grill cover. The opposite ends of these spring clips are meant to be inserted into two slots in the motor housing. It is a simple and effective design. But good luck trying to insert those two spring clips into the slots in the motor housing. It is almost impossible to do. You'd need hands and arms the size of a 5 year old child to accomplish the task. There is just not enough room to work. But I found an easy solution ... long, needle nose pliers. Here's how. Place the first spring clip into the intended slot in the motor housing by hand. That is easy to do because you have enough room to work. It is the second spring clip that is difficult to place. Use your needle nose pliers to insert the second spring clip into the slot in the motor housing .... one leg at a time. One leg at a time is the secret. Presto! the job is done. The new cover sleek and low profile. It looks much better than the old cover.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: what"s the distance between clips?**
A: There are 2 locations for the spring clips apprx 8.75 and 10 inches. With the 3 different spring sets provided you should be able to make it work. Also 13 x 13 will cover most opening hiding the rough cut sheetrock.

**Q: Will this fit Nutone 672B unit?**
A: Thank you for your question on the FG701S upgrade grille. Your 672B unit has a housing size of 9" x 9". The FG701S cover would not be compatible with that size housing.

**Q: i need 3 replacement grille covers for nutone ls-80. can someone tell me what would be compatible please?**
A: Thank you for your question on model FG701S. Unfortunately, the LS80 Grille ( part number 84607000) is obsolete with no replacement or upgrade kit available.

**Q: Will the exhaust fan cover fit broan-nutone model 696n? i need to cover an opening cut a bit too large.**
A: Thank you for your question on model FG701S. This is not listed as compatible with the 696N model. However, it is compatible with the 696N-R01, 696N-R02, and 696N-R03 revisions. Please check the complete model information for your unit prior to purchasing. We do have a Technical Support Team available at 888-336-6151 if they can be of any assistance.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fits well over the old bathroom fan

Looks like I got a brand new ceiling fan in the bathroom. Nice and slim snug up to the ceiling. White blends well with the ceiling. Much less conspicuous than the old yellowed cover.
