Not as premium as some other Sencha loose-leaf teas I've tried, and not as tasty, but I do enjoy it, especially for the price; That's just being super-picky. I drink coffee and tea. If I just drink JUST coffee, I get anxious and jittery but if I mix this tea somewhere in the day, it makes me feel very calm and clear-minded. I do not get this effect from cheap, store-bought tea. I just drink/eat the leaves without filtering and it's not bitter whatsoever.
